Winged Demon Prince of Nurgle for my Death Guard

Well I have been going over my Death Guard list and one of my favorite HQ choices has got to be the Demon Prince with wings.

I really liked the sculpt, so I went looking for one and Mike found it on the shelf at our last game shop stop, so I went looking for some wings that looked right and found these in a Reaper kit.

I thought the original head looked a bit thin, and wanted to go with a resperator or gas mask, so I used a fantasy Ogre head, and modeled the mask with putty.











painted him dark with lots of washes, and based on mixed rubble.





I am near finished painting him and I think he will fit in well with my Death Guard.

    Really great paint job mate, and an awesome looking conversion. The gas mask looks brilliant, definately very Nurglesque. Nice job!
