A while ago we gave away a beautiful set of Dragon Forge Urban Rubble Bases. It was so succesful that we asked Jeff, the mad sculptor from Dragon Forge (and recent Golden Daemon winner) to send us more stuff...and he did!
Based on the comments, a lot of readers were interested in the Parched Earth Series and that is what we will be giving away this time! Here are the goodies:
10 bases like this
one base like this
and here is the big one..60mm
Two rules to enter this Give Away:
1. become a follower
2. leave a comment. The companies that support us with the Give Away really like these to touch base with their customers..
2 EXTRA Prizes:

Shiny new bases. I like.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I recently purchased the urban bases from Dragon Forge and I was blown away. The level of detail is absolutely amazing and it really inspired me to build a unique army. My only suggestion would be to make more varieties of the 25mm bases. Seeing as a there will be a lot of infantry in an army list, having the same 10 bases repeated over and over look a little lame. Maybe making two sets of 10?
ReplyDeleteHrm,
ReplyDeletepainted up grey these would look like flagstones, no?
versatile :)
these could make great arctic tundras or something, great bases

ReplyDeleteI think my 'nids would look pretty cool coming across a cracked desert floor
ReplyDeletenew bases SHINEY NEW BASES NEED
ReplyDeleteThese bases are really slick. I continue to be impressed in the work that Dragon Forge is putting out. I need to place another order, I am getting caught up on my Orks and am going to need more wasteland bases!
ReplyDeleteI have to say of all the bases that Dragon Forge does, I love this series the best. It's detail is very minimal and very subtle, which allows you to use it for basically anything from cracked dry earth to snapping ice floes to tiled floor. Definitely a strong personal favorite from the creative minds at Dragon Forge Bases.
ReplyDeleteI really love these bases and have been interested in DF for a long time as they have some awesome bases. I might also have to order some, but it would be cool to win!
ReplyDeleteI think these would be just about perfect for my Tallarn army ^_^
ReplyDeleteAwesome looking bases, I want! :D
ReplyDeleteThese would be awesome to do with my orcs, kind of a blasted/baked land theme.
ReplyDeleteSweet, parched earth was definitely the bases I was considering for my iron knights space marines (use BT list)
ReplyDeleteThey could look like cracked concrete in an urban environment too. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteDragon Forge's bases look ace as usual.
ReplyDeleteThese would make some interesting Necromunda bases, methinks...
I dig these bases...I was thinking of a desert theme for my scorpions in my eldar army, but these would fit the bill nicely.
ReplyDeleteThose are pretty snazzy.
ReplyDeleteOn the one hand, this is something I could do with Green Stuff; coat the top, let 'em set a bit, then attack with a knife. (Or use spackle; I think the Painting Corps had a link up for that.)
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, if this is a theme I want for a larger army? I think I might very well be tempted to just cave and order them in quantity. Plus, the odd chunk of rubble here and there is a great way to break up the sea of cracked sand.
I want these! Great stuff!
ReplyDeleteThe bases from DF always look so good - I'd love to win a few!
ReplyDeleteWow these bases look awesome! I love the crystals and gears dug into the ground. I think these would look great for my Chaos Daemons army.
ReplyDeleteExcellent bases! I would love to mount some of my Ork Nobz or my HQ's onto these so that they would stand out on the battlefield.
ReplyDeleteGreat bases, I have been a fan of Dragon Forge for some time and have a bunch of their stuff!
ReplyDeleteI need some of the bases from Dragon Forge.chucti

ReplyDeleteI am a long time reader of both the Santa Cruz Warhammer and The Mad Mad World of Sculptor Jeff Wilhelm Blogs. Both Blogs have been on my blog list at http://bloodandblades.blogspot.com since I first started and I believe I have been a follower of both sites for a while now.
I have several of Dragon Forge's Broken Wasteland bases and they are really top notch. Anyone lucky enough to get some of these bases should count them fortunate to do so.
Keep up the good content and thanks again for holding the giveaway.
Another great give away. Really nice set of bases.
ReplyDeleteThis is the type of base I like - dynamic and detailed, but with a level surface easy to adhere a model too.
